Ysaac Ramirez, Executive Chef
Born in California but shaped in the American South, Chef Ysaac Ramirez brings a wealth of experience. His education at Memphis L’Ecole Culinaire led to a successful career in some of the top restaurants in Tennessee, North Carolina, and New Orleans, including working with James Beard Award nominees such as Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman. Today, Chef Ramirez is thrilled to return to California at 4 Saints and Juniper Table, where his love of Southern flavors mingles with the region’s Latin heritage and guides his menu of exceptional modern American fare.
